Processing of personal data - Notice

In accordance with the Article N.13 of GDPR 679/2016, we inform that all data you give when filling in the form will be processed by Uni-Soleil only in order to grant your requests. We also inform that your personal data will be processed under Article N.5 of GDPR 679/2016, that provides for the correct, lawful and open use of data. All data, collected for explicit and legal purposes, will be processed in a way not discordant with such purposes. The data should be adequate, relevant and limited to the minimum necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed; this requires in particular ensuring that the data collected are not excessive and that the period for which the data are stored is limited to a strict minimum. Furthermore, the regulation also lays down strict data security measures to ensure the security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organizational measures. The processing of personal data is based on the subject's agreement, which is free and optional. When the agreement would fail, we will not be able to forward your data and the text of your request, thus hampering our response. Your personal data will be stored as long as you keep agreement. Your data will be treated both by operators belonging to our organization and by outsourcings, with the purpose of achieving the above-mentioned objectives, in line with instructions from our Company. You can ask a list of outside operators to Uni-Soleil established in No.392, Siaosinying, Shanhua Dist, Tainan City 74170, Taiwan as Data Controller. Your personal data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the aforesaid objectives. We will not share your information with anyone. In the end, we want to inform that you have the right to access, restrict, block,disable or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent, with no prejudice to the lawfulness of processing, and to submit a complaint to the Authority, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of GDPR 679/2016. The request should be addressed to the Data Controller.
