Impulsive welding machine is a solution to weld a hem pocket up to the width of 3200mm. The welding system is base on the impulse technique. It is suitable for all PVC coated fabrics and non-PVC coated fabric. In addition, it is not only hem pocket welding but also fabric joining.

- Easy to operate. It is a fully automatic process. It folds and welds automatically when pressing a button.
- Adjustable hem pocket size. Pneumatic controlled crease bar to fold the fabric exactly. The crease depth (20~50mm) is adjustable by a spindle and counter.
- Suitable for wide range of fabric. It is ideal for all PVC coated fabrics and non-PVC coated fabric. By adding a special adhesive tape in between the fabrics, non-PVC coated fabric can be welded.
- Dual functions. It is no doubt that the machine is designed for hem pocket welding. However, it also joins 2 pieces of fabric together by alignment tools and weights.
